Using the games
All games are free to play for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, re-host, frame or sell our games or their artwork without written permission. Linking to any page of the site is always welcome.
High scores and names
If you submit a score, the name you choose is shown publicly in the high score tables. Do not use names that are offensive, impersonate others or contain personal data. We may remove scores that look automated or manipulated, and names that break these rules, without notice.
Availability
We work hard to keep the site running, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Game progress and statistics saved in your browser can be lost if you clear your browser data.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential obligations and only up to the damage typically foreseeable. Mandatory statutory liability is not affected.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page.
